Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using our services, you agree to these terms. Nippon Wanderlust LLC ("we", "us") provides trip planning services. We are not a tour operator.
2. Service Description
We provide trip planning services. We do not operate tours, provide transportation, or act as travel agents for packaged tours. Our service includes: custom route planning, accommodation recommendations and bookings, local contact information, restaurant suggestions, and a printable itinerary.
3. Payments
Planning fees are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY) and must be paid in full before work begins. We accept bank transfer and credit card via Stripe. Accommodation costs are separate and paid directly to the properties or through us as an intermediary.
4. Cancellations
Planning fees are refundable within 7 days of payment if work has not yet started. Once route planning has begun, fees are non-refundable. Accommodation cancellations follow the policies of each individual property. We will communicate these policies to you before booking.
5. Liability
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, or losses that occur during your trip. You are responsible for your own safety, including but not limited to: driving safely, following local traffic laws, obtaining appropriate travel insurance, and making decisions about weather and road conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
Route maps, itineraries, and guides we create are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our planning materials without written permission.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes but is not limited to: abusive behavior, unreasonable demands, or requests that violate local laws or customs.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
